HACI FATMA ANA - BAYTAS TANKERS

She is a 8424 DWT tonnes IMO2 class Oil / Chemical Tanker.
 
Baytaş Tankers was established in December 2010 and in February 2011 Haci Fatma Ana became the first vessel of the Baytas tanker fleet to be put into service. She is also the second ship built by Baytas's / ÇEKSAN for their own management.

She is 123.25m long with a 17.25m beam and 9.2m draft. 
 
Engines consist of a Wartsila 8L32 diesel engine driving a four bladed 4500mm diameter propellor. This gives a service speed of 14 knots and a cruising range of 7,500nm, she also has a Schottel 450kW fixed pitch bow thruster.

Accommodation on board consists of 5 living/bedrooms for the Captain, Chief Engineer, Owner, Chief Officer and 1st Engineer. Other accommodation includes a pilots cabin, 4 No. Officer and Engineer cabins, 8 No. Crew Cabins a Hospital, 2 No. Mess rooms and a Ships Office.

Life safety equipment includes a freefall 19 person lifeboat together with a 6 person rescue boat and two life rafts.

In total she has 6 tanks each with a capacity ranging from 646m3 to approximately 826m3 which totals just over 8927m3 excluding slop tanks.
