I took the picture from the deck of the P&O ferry as we were approaching our berth following an overnight sailing from Hull.
Built in 2003 by the Damen Shipyard in Kiev and completed by the Damen Yard in Bergen, The Netherlands she is 82.33m long with a 11.36m beam and 4.86m summer draught.
GT = 1,670 and DWT 2,500t.
Powered by a MAK 6M20 6 Cylinder Diesel Engine (1,020kW, 1,367 hp at 1,000rpm) with a single Promarin five bladed 2m diameter propeller she has a top speed of 11 knots. The vessel is also equipped with a Veth Jet 3 (265 kW) bow thruster.
Normal complement is 4 personnel.
Cargo capacity is 3,092m3.
The vessel is operated by Dagevos Belgium (BVRA) which is part of the Dagevos Shipping Group, the company was started by Jacobus Dagevos in
